HEARING OFFICER ORDER

 

On April 7, 2005, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the

hearing officer. Complainant has had some difficulty getting in touch with the final witness that

needs to be deposed. All parties agree that this witness is very important to the case. The

Illinois Environmental Protection Agency is still considering respondent Michel’s settlement

offer, but is waiting to hear what the final witness says at the deposition.

 

The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing

officer at 11:30 a.m. on June 7, 2005. The telephone status conference will be initiated by the

complainant, but each party is responsible for its own appearance. The parties shall be prepared

to discuss the status of this case, and their readiness for hearing.
