    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
    On April 5, 2005, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
    hearing officer. The parties will schedule a meeting to discuss the possibility of settlement.
     
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
    officer at 11:30 a.m. on July 7, 2005. The status conference shall be initiated by the
    complainant.
