HEARING OFFICER ORDER

 

On March 31, 2005, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference. The

respondent represented that it is exchanging additional technical information to the complainant

for its review and that the matter is moving forward as expected.

 

The parties are directed to participate in a telephonic status conference on June 23, 2005,

at 11:00 a.m. The telephonic status conference must be initiated by the complainant, but each

party is nonetheless responsible for its own appearance. At the status conference, the parties

must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-captioned matter and their readiness for

hearing.
