HEARING OFFICER ORDER
Telephonic status conferences were held on
March 24, 2005, and March 30, 2005. All
parties participated. The motion to compel filed by the petitioner on March 15, 2005, was
discussed on March 24, 2005. The respondent represented that it will file its response in a timely
manner. The hearing officer represented that it may make a ruling on or before March 30, 2005.
Finally, the respondent’s attorney represented that it will accept service of notice of appearance
on behalf of the respondent pursuant to Illinois Supreme Court Rule 237.
On March 30, 2005, the hearing officer continued the telephonic status conference to the
date and time noted below. The hearing officer anticipates that a ruling will be rendered on
respondent’s motion to compel at that time.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to appear at a telephonic pre-hearing
conference with the hearing officer on April 5, 2005, at 4:00 p.m. The telephonic conference
must be initiated by the complainant, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its own
appearance. At the conference the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-
captioned matter and their readiness for hearing.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
