HEARING OFFICER ORDER

On April 5, 2005, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the

hearing officer. Complainant has made a penalty demand, and respondent is in the process of

responding.

The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing

officer at 10:00 a.m. on June 7, 2005. The telephone status conference will be initiated by the

complainant. The parties shall be prepared to discuss the status of this matter.
