HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On March 31, 2005, a telephonic status conference was held. After nearly four months,
the respondent finally retained an attorney. The respondent’s attorney represented that it is
pursuing a no further remediation letter. The parties agreed to discuss prior to the next status
conference settlement, including the stipulation and proposal for settlement that was forwarded
to the respondent last year.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic status
conference with the hearing officer on May 18, 2005, at 10:00 a.m. The telephonic status
conference must be initiated by the complainant, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its
own appearance. At the status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of
the above-captioned matter and their readiness for hearing.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
