HEARING OFFICER ORDER

On March 31, 2005, a telephonic status conference was held. Respondent did not appear.

The petitioner represented that it will submit a reapplication to the respondent for review within

the next seven days.

The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic status

conference with the hearing officer on May 18, 2005, at 10:30 a.m. The status conference must

be initiated by the petitioner, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its own appearance.

At the status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-

captioned matter and their readiness for hearing.
