HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On April 5, 2005, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. The parties continue to negotiate language for the proposed stipulation.
Additionally, the parties are waiting for approval from the Illinois Environmental Protection
Agency for respondent’s proposed supplemental environmental projects.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 10:00 a.m. on July 7, 2005. The telephone status conference will be initiated by the
complainant.
