On February 4, 2005, theIllinois EPA issued an Administrative Citation to Respondent
Judy Cornelison, based onan inspection conducted on January 4, 2005.

OnFebruary 28, 2005, the Administrative Citationwas sent backto theIllinois EPA from
the United States Postal Service, as unclaimed.
(3)
Because JudyCornelisonwas not timelyserved within 60 days as required by 415 ILCS
5/31.1(b), this Administrative Citation should be dismissed.
