HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On March 24, 2005, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference with the
hearing officer. The respondent represented that a draft stipulation and proposal for settlement
(stipulation) is being circulated for review and comment. The respondent made an oral motion
for an extension of time to file its answer. The complainant had no objection. The respondent’s
motion is granted. The respondent’s answer is now due to be filed on or before June 20, 2005.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic status
conference with the hearing officer on May 18, 2005, at 9:15 a.m. The telephonic status
conference must be initiated by the complainant, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its
own appearance. At the status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of
the above-captioned matter and their readiness for hearing. If, however, a stipulation is filed
prior to the next status conference, the conference will be cancelled without further notice.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
