    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
    On March 22, 2005, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
    hearing officer. Complainant recently sent respondent a penalty demand. If the parties are
    unable to reach a settlement within the next several months, complainant may file an amended
    complaint alleging additional violations.
     
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
    officer at 9:30 a.m. on May 24, 2005. The status conference shall be initiated by the
    complainant. At the status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the
    above-captioned matter.
