    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
    On March 17, 2005, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference with the
    hearing officer. The Illinois Environmental Protection Agency represented that it anticipates that
    it will approve of the petition in its recommendation that will be filed in the near future. May 17,
    2005, was discussed as a tentative hearing date.
     
    The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic status
    conference with the hearing officer on April 5, 2005, at 1:00 p.m. The telephonic status
    conference must be initiated by the petitioner, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its
    own appearance. At the status conference, the parties must be prepared to discus the status of
    the matter and their readiness for hearing.
