    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
    On March 17, 2005, complainant participated in a telephone status conference with the
    hearing officer. Respondents did not appear. Respondents have made a settlement offer that is
    being reviewed by complainant and the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency.
     
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
    officer at 11:00 a.m. on April 19, 2005. The status conference shall be initiated by the
    complainant.
