HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On March 17, 2004, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. Petitioner is still working on an interim consent order with the Office of the
Attorney General on a related enforcement action.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 9:30 a.m. on June 16, 2005. The telephone status conference will be initiated by the
complainant. The parties shall be prepared to discuss the status of this matter.
Petitioner filed an open waiver of the statutory decision deadline in this case.
