HEARING OFFICER ORDER

On March 4, 2005, the parties submitted a proposed discovery schedule. The discovery

schedule is accepted to the extent as follows: all written discovery must be served on or before

May 2, 2005; all responses to written discovery to be served on or before July 1, 2005; all

depositions must be completed on or before September 1, 2005.

The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic status

conference with the hearing officer on May 5, 2005, at 11:00 a.m. The telephonic status

conference must be initiated by the complainant, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its

own appearance. At the status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of

the above-captioned matter and their readiness for hearing.
