    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
    On March 15, 2005, the parties were scheduled to participate in a telephone status
    conference with the hearing officer. Neither party appeared. As last reported, petitioner was
    waiting to hear back from respondent about changes to the proposed consent decree on a related
    enforcement matter. At the next status conference, petitioner should be prepared to file an
    additional waiver of the decision deadline.
     
      
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
    officer at 11:00 a.m. on April 14, 2005. The status conference shall be initiated by the petitioner.
    At the status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-captioned
    matter.
     
    The statutory decision deadline for this case is currently July 21, 2005.
