HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On
February
17, 2005, the Board proceeded to first notice with a proposal in this
rulemaking.
In the first-notice opinion, the Board asked for comment on
several issues and
indicated that additional hearings maybe held if requested.
The Board asked that any request for
a hearing delineate the issues the requesterbelieved should be addressed at the hearing.
The first notice will be published in the
Illinois Register
today
at 29 Ill. Reg.
3538 (Part 732) and
29 Iii. Reg.
3704 (Part 734).
To ensure that this proceeding continues in a timelymanner, this order today establishes
deadlines for hearing requests and public comments in the event that no request for hearing is
made.
Participants, who wish to file a request for hearing consistent with the Board’s opinion,
must do
so by April
11, 2005.
Ifno requests forhearing are forthcoming, comments must be
filed on or before May 2, 2005.
All filings in this proceeding will be available on the Board’s web page at
www.ipcb.state.il.us and participants may file electronically on the Board’s web page.
