HEARING OFFICER ORDER

On March 10, 2005, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference. At the

petitioner’s request, the respondent represented that it will forward the letter regarding its

decision to withdraw the referral of the related enforcement matter. Petitioner represented that

the withdraw of the related enforcement case may resolve the above-captioned matter. The

petitioner represented that it will file a waiver of the statutory decision deadline.
