HEARING OFFICER ORDER

 

On March 10, 2005, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference with the

hearing officer. The respondent represented that some construction progress has been achieved

but that additional revisions are proceeding regarding the building permit. The parties also

represented that they intend to have another settlement meeting prior to the next status

conference addressing the recently revised settlement document.

 

The parties are directed to participate in a telephonic status conference with the hearing

officer on May 5, 2005, at 11:30 a.m. The status conference must be initiated by the

complainants, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its own appearance. At the status

conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-captioned matter and

their readiness for hearing.
