    ORDER OF THE BOARD (by T.E. Johnson):
     
    This matter is before the Board on two petitions filed by SCI Illinois Services, Inc. (SCI)
    asking the Board to review determinations made on May 27, 2003 and June 11, 2003, by the
    Illinois Environmental Protection Agency (Agency). The petitions regard SCI’s underground
    petroleum storage tank facility at 2501 East Euclid Avenue, Arlington Heights, Cook County.
     
    On February 28, 2005, SCI filed a motion for voluntary dismissal. In the motion, SCI
    moves for an order dismissing the proceedings in each of the consolidated cases with each party
    bearing its own costs. The motion is granted. The Board hereby dismisses the petitions and
    closes the dockets.
     
    IT IS SO ORDERED.
