HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On March 8, 2005, the parties informed the hearing officer that this matter is settled. The
petitioner represented that it intends to file a motion to voluntarily dismiss within seven days.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic status
conference with the hearing officer on May 12, 2005, at 9:15 a.m. The telephonic status
conference must be initiated by the petitioner, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its
own appearance. At the status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of
the above-captioned matter and their readiness for hearing. If, however, a motion to voluntarily
dismiss this matter is filed prior to the next status conference, the status conference will be
cancelled without further order.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
