HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On March 8, 2005, the parties were scheduled to participate in a telephone status
conference with the hearing officer. Neither party appeared. As last reported, petitioner was
working on an updated CAAPP application, but needed further clarification from respondent’s
permitting unit.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 10:00 a.m. on April 12, 2005. The status conference shall be initiated by the petitioner.
At the status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-captioned
matter.
The petitioner has filed an open waiver of the decision deadline in this matter.
