    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
     
    On March 7, 2005, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
    hearing officer. Complainant again stated that it would send the draft stipulation and settlement
    agreement to respondent this week.
     
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
    officer at 9:15 a.m. on April 7, 2005. The telephone status conference will be initiated by the
    complainant. The parties shall be prepared to discuss the status of this matter.
