    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
     
    On March 7, 2005, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
    hearing officer. Complainant’s attorney will speak again to the inspector to see if an agreement
    can be reached.
     
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
    officer at 10:15 a.m. on April 7, 2005. The telephone status conference will be initiated by the
    complainant. The parties shall be prepared to discuss the status of this matter.
