HEARING OFFICER ORDER

On March 3, 2005, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference with the

hearing officer. The parties represented that they have had settlement discussions and that a

draft stipulation and proposal for settlement is under still review by the respondent. The hearing

officer directed the parties to submit a proposed discovery schedule on or before March 10,

2005. The respondent is reminded that its answer is due on or before March 24, 2005.

The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic status

conference with the hearing officer on May 5, 2005, at 11:00 a.m. The telephonic status

conference must be initiated by the complainant, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its

own appearance. At the status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of

the above-captioned matter and their readiness for hearing.
