    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
     
    On March 3, 2005, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference with the
    hearing officer. The respondent represented that settlement discussions have been ongoing and
    that the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency is reviewing a new Supplemental
    Environmental Project submitted by the respondent.
     
    The parties or their legal representatives are directed to appear at a telephonic status
    conference with the hearing officer on April 21, 2005, at 9:45 a.m. The telephonic status
    conference must be initiated by the complainant, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its
    own appearance. At the conference the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the
    above-captioned matter and their readiness for hearing.
