    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
     
      
    On March 3, 2005, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference with the
    hearing officer. The hearing officer directed the parties to discuss the parameters of the
    outstanding written discovery in light of respondent The Highlands, L.L.C., motion to strike
    complainant’s first set of interrogatories, filed February 25, 2005. Murphy Farms, Inc.,
    represented that it is awaiting the Board’s decision on its motion to dismiss.
     
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephonic status conference with the hearing
    officer on April 14, 2005, at 10:00 a.m. The status conference must be initiated by the
    complainant, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its own appearance. At the status
    conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-captioned matter and
    their readiness for hearing.
