aware that our President Matt Schlueter has without authorization retained attorney Jay

Glenn to represent our association in an appeal (case PCB

05-59)

currently before the

Illinois Pollution Control Board.

President Schlueter was not authorized to enterour

association into this appeal

or retain Mr. Glenn.

The M.P.L.O.A. membership did not

vote on any such actions.

Therefore I am requesting the immediate removal ofthe Mylith Park Lot Owners

Association from the above referenced appeal.
