HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On February 22, 2005, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference with the
hearing officer. The respondent represented that it will forward a formal settlement letter to the
petitioner in the near future. If accepted, the petitioner represented that it will file a motion to
voluntarily dismiss this matter.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic status
conference with the hearing officer on March 31, 2005, at 11:30 a.m. The telephonic status
conference must be initiated by the petitioner, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its
own appearance. At the status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of
the above-captioned matter and their readiness for hearing. If, however, a motion to voluntarily
dismiss is filed prior to the next status conference, the conference will be cancelled without
further order.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
