    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
    On February 24, 2005, petitioner participated in a telephone status conference with the
    hearing officer. Respondent did not appear. According to petitioner, the parties are making
    progress on their settlement discussions.
     
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
    officer at 9:30 a.m. on April 12, 2005. The status conference shall be initiated by the petitioner.
      
    The decision deadline in this case is currently July 21, 2005.
