    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
    On February 24, 2005, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
    hearing officer. The parties continue to negotiate settlement. Respondent did not object to
    complainant’s motion to file a second supplemental complaint; accordingly, the motion is
    granted.
        
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
    officer at 10:00 a.m. on April 26, 2005. The status conference shall be initiated by the
    complainant.
