HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On February 24, 2005, the parties were scheduled to participate in a telephone status
conference with the hearing officer. Neither party appeared. Respondent is again directed to file
the record before the next telephone status conference, and to contact petitioner to discuss this
matter.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 10:00 a.m. on March 24, 2005. The status conference shall be initiated by the
petitioner. At the status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the
above-captioned matter.
There is an open waiver of the statutory decision deadline in this matter.
