    ORDER OF THE BOARD (by R.C. Flemal):
    On November 25, 1998, The Pillsbury Company (Pillsbury) filed, via facsimile, a
    “Motion to Withdraw Petition for
    In Camera
    Permit Appeal and Trade Secret Determination
    and Application for Determination of Non-Disclosable Trade Secret Information.” Pillsbury
    also requests that the Board return the one copy of Pillsbury’s Application for Determination
    of Non-Disclosable Trade Secret Information that is stamped “Contains Trade Secret
    Information.”
    The motion to withdraw is granted and this docket is closed. The Clerk of the Board is
    instructed to return the copy of Pillsbury’s Application that includes documents stamped
    “Contains Trade Secret Information.”
    IT IS SO ORDERED.
