    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
    On February 17, 2005, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
    hearing officer. The parties are optimistic that this matter will be settled without hearing.
    Petitioner agreed to file a decision deadline waiver by the end of next week.
     
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
    officer at 10:00 a.m. on March 9, 2005. The status conference shall be initiated by the petitioner.
     
    The decision deadline in this case is May 5, 2005.
