HEARING OFFICER ORDER

The Board order of January 20, 2005, stayed the above-captioned trade secret appeal

until the Third District Appellate Court disposes of the petitioner’s appeal or until the Board

orders otherwise. To that end, all response times to outstanding pleadings, including the

petitioner’s response to the supplemental decision of the Illinois Environmental Protection

Agency, is stayed as well until otherwise ordered.
