HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On February 15, 2005, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. Petitioner has received the administrative record, and the parties are scheduling
a meeting to discuss settlement. Petitioner agreed to file an open waiver of the statutory decision
deadline within the next seven days.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 2:00 p.m. on April 12, 2005. The status conference shall be initiated by the petitioner.
The decision deadline in this case is June 2, 2005.
