HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On February 15, 2005, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference with the
hearing officer. The parties represented that discovery is proceeding. The parties discussed
possible hearing dates. It was agreed that the hearing will be tentatively scheduled for April 6, 7,
and 8, 2005. The time and location of the hearing will be noted in the notice of hearing.
Petitioner represented that it will file a waiver of the statutory decision deadline to and including
June 16, 2005.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to appear at a telephonic pre-hearing
conference with the hearing officer on March 24, 2005, at 11:45 a.m. The telephonic conference
must be initiated by the complainant, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its own
appearance. At the conference the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-
captioned matter and their readiness for hearing.
