    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
     
    On February 15, 2005, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
    hearing officer. The parties have narrowed the issues, and hope to reach a settlement agreement
    within the next 60 days.
     
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
    officer at 9:30 a.m. on April 14, 2005. The telephone status conference will be initiated by the
    petitioner. The parties shall be prepared to discuss the status of this matter.
     
    Petitioner filed an open waiver of the statutory decision deadline in this matter.
