    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
     
    On February 9, 2005, complainant participated in a telephone status conference with the
    hearing officer. Respondent did not appear. Complainant has not yet sent respondent the draft
    stipulation and settlement agreement, but will do so soon.
     
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
    officer at 9:30 a.m. on March 7, 2005. The telephone status conference will be initiated by the
    complainant. The parties shall be prepared to discuss the status of this matter.
