    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
     
    On February 9, 2005, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
    hearing officer. Complainant’s attorney is still waiting to hear from the field inspector about
    compliance at the site, and the possibility of supplemental environmental projects.
     
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
    officer at 10:00 a.m. on March 7, 2005. The telephone status conference will be initiated by the
    complainant. The parties shall be prepared to discuss the status of this matter.
