HEARING OFFICER ORDER

On February 8, 2005, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the

hearing officer. The parties are still checking the site classification completion report, and if

there are no problems with the document, petitioner’s attorney will file a motion to dismiss.

If petitioner’s motion to dismiss has not been filed, the parties are directed to participate

in a telephone status conference with the hearing officer at 10:30 a.m. on March 10, 2005. The

status conference shall be initiated by the petitioner.

The decision deadline for this case is June 16, 2005.
