    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
    On February 8, 2005, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
    hearing officer. As previously reported, petitioner plans to dismiss this appeal as soon as it
    receives payment for attorney fees stemming from PCB 03-214. According to respondent’s
    attorney, the payment should be processed within the next month.
     
    If petitioner’s motion to dismiss has not been filed, the parties are directed to participate
    in a telephone status conference with the hearing officer at 10:30 a.m. on March 10, 2005. The
    status conference shall be initiated by the petitioner.
     
    The decision deadline for this case is June 16, 2005.
     
    IT IS SO ORDERED.
