    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
     
    On February 3, 2005, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference with the
    hearing officer. This matter is related to PCB 97-193. The respondent has now filed a motion to
    consolidate. At the next status conference, the parties are directed to discuss any discovery
    issues. The complainant represented that settlement discussions have continued.
     
    The parties or their legal representatives are directed to appear at a telephonic status
    conference with the hearing officer on February 23, 2005, at 10:30 a.m. The telephonic status
    conference must be initiated by the complainant, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its
    own appearance. At the conference the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the
    above-captioned matter and their readiness for hearing.
