HEARING OFFICER ORDER

On February 7, 2005, all parties participated in a telephonic status. The respondent

represented that it is continuing to research the status of the related enforcement matter. The

related enforcement case may resolve the above-captioned matter. The petitioner represented

that it will file a 40-day waiver of the statutory decision deadline.

 

The parties are directed to participate in a telephonic status conference with the hearing

officer on March 10, 2005, at 9:00 a.m. The telephonic status conference must be initiated by

the petitioner, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its own appearance. At the status

conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-captioned matter and

their readiness for hearing.
