HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On February 3, 2005, a telephonic status conference with the hearing officer was held.
The respondent did not appear. The petitioner informed the hearing officer that it is preparing a
corrective action report and submit it to the respondent for review in anticipation of a no further
remediation letter. The petitioner also represented that it will file a waiver of the statutory
decision deadline to and including December 2, 2005.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephonic status conference with the hearing
officer on April 21, 2005, at 9:30 a.m. The status conference must be initiated by the petitioner,
but each party is nonetheless responsible for its own appearance. At the status conference, the
parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-captioned matter and their readiness
for hearing.
