HEARING OFFICER ORDER

  

On February 3, 2005, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference with the

hearing officer. This matter is related to PCB 04-207, People of the State of Illinois v. Edward

Pruim, an individual, and Robert Pruim, an individual, and the respondent has now filed a

motion to consolidate. At the next status conference, the parties are directed to discuss any

outstanding discovery issues, including requests to admit. The complainant represented that

settlement discussions have continued.

 

The parties are reminded that a telephonic status conference with the hearing officer is

scheduled for February 23, 2005, at 10:30 a.m. The status conference must be initiated by the

complainant, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its own appearance. At the status

conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-captioned matter and

propose hearing dates.
