    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
    On February 3, 2005, petitioner participated in a telephone status conference with the
    hearing officer. Respondent was unable to appear. Petitioner received the draft ELUC
    (Environmental Land Use Covenant) from respondent, and will now review the document.
    Petitioner agreed to file a deadline waiver to July 21, 2005 within the next seven days.
     
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
    officer at 1:30 p.m. on March 3, 2005. The status conference shall be initiated by the petitioner.
    At the status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-captioned
    matter.
     
    The decision deadline is currently May 19, 2005.
