HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On February 1, 2005, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. The parties are still discussing this case, and petitioner may ask respondent for
additional discovery. Petitioner agreed to file a waiver of decision deadline within the next
seven days.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 3:00 p.m. on March 1, 2005. The status conference shall be initiated by the petitioner.
The decision deadline in this case is currently May 19, 2005.
