    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
    On January 18, 2005, a telephonic status conference was held. The parties suggested that
    a hearing date be set. The dates of April 12 or 14, 2005, were suggested as tentative hearing
    dates. The hearing officer will contact the hearing location to determine its availability.
    The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic status
    conference with the hearing officer on March 7, 2005, at 11:00 a.m. The telephonic status
    conference must be initiated by the complainants, but each party is nonetheless responsible for
    its own appearance. At the status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status
    of the above-captioned matter and their readiness for hearing.
