HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On January 28, 2005, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. Respondent has had technical problems compiling the administrative record, and
requested a deadline extension to February 4, 2005. Petitioner did not object. Accordingly, the
request was granted. At the next status conference, petitioner will decide whether to set this
matter for hearing or waive the decision deadline.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 2:00 p.m. on February 15, 2005. The status conference shall be initiated by the
petitioner.
The decision deadline in this case is June 2, 2005.
